The Main Event

Party to celebrate Diana & Harvey at Zarletti Mequon (map)

Friday, August 16 | 5:30pm – 9pm

Dinner & drinks will be served

Other Event Details

The bar should be opened by 5:30, and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Dinner will be 6:30.

Please note that the Zarletti’s in question is the one in Mequon, at 1515 W Mequon Road. Zarletti’s is about a block west of Port Washington Rd, a bit south of the Johnson Financial Group Bank. If you go a bit past the bank, you can turn left at Market St and head south to Zarletti’s.

Also, if you were thinking of taking I-43 north to Mequon Rd., you’re out of luck, as the northbound exit is closed. You might prefer to exit at the County Line/N Port Washington Rd. exit, and then continue left on Port Rd to Mequon Road. If your GPS device directs you to turn left on W Towne Square Rd before Mequon Rd, that’ll work too. That route will bring you to Zarletti’s by the back way.

Dress code: Casual; it’s just friends!
No gifts, please.

FOR OUT-OF-TOWN VISITORS

Thursday, August 15 | 5:30pm – 9pm

Weather permitting, we’ll plan to be outside. Should we end up inside, the allergic among us may wish to know that we don’t have any pets

Breakfast/brunch

Casual event at our house for our out-of-town guests

9185 N Rexleigh Dr // Bayside, WI 53217 (map)

Saturday, August 17 | 8:30am – 10:30am

(with pescatarian, vegetarian, etc. options)
Weather permitting, we’ll plan to be outside. Should we end up inside, the allergic among us may wish to know that we don’t have any pets

Event Details

Out-of towners coming to our house (9185 N Rexleigh Dr, Bayside), please park on our side of the street (I.e., west). The noshing on Thursday will begin at 5:30 pm, and 8:30 am on Saturday.

Again, expect some traffic complications. (As we say here, there are two seasons—winter and road construction.) The northbound exit off I-43 at Brown Deer Road is, as we write, closed, and we’re not confident it will be reopened in time. If not, you can take the County Line/N Port Washington Rd exit, the next exit past Brown Deer Road, then turn right on Port Rd., heading southward. In roughly 3/4 mile, turn left (east) on Fairy Chasm Rd and go till you reach Rexleigh Dr, a bit more than 1/2 mile.
